  • Jug Band Workshop - Woody Pines turns back the clock to bring you the almost lost art of the jug band. Join in on the fun and ya might just learn something while you're at it.
  • Liz's Nature Walks - We have many trails at Indian Meadows Campground and Liz would like to welcome you and your kids for a beautiful nature walk where she will identify different types of vegetation and trees.
  • Clogging Demonstration - Learn how to clog!

Other Info

  • The HayHem shuttle, when available, will be taking festival goers from their campsites to other areas of the campground throughout the weekend.
  • Fishing is possible at Indian Meadows but you'll need a licence.
  • We have trail access for hikes, walks or bike rides.
  • Please do not bring your ATV's or golf carts, unless you are in need due to a disability.
  • No glass bottles...period. People will be walking around barefoot and in sandals and we don't want anyone to have to worry about stepping on broken glass. Bring cans!
  • No illegal drugs. You will be told to leave the property immediately if caught with illegal drugs and you will NOT be given a refund.
  • No firearms. This is a peaceful place.
  • Please wear wristbands at all times. There will be 3 different wristbands: Festival goers, VIP, and Volunteer. If you do not have your wristband displayed you will be questioned by festival staff. If caught sneaking in you'll have the choice of either paying or volunteering (We save the worst jobs for people that sneak in, so keep that in mind).

Until you compete your volunteer commitment your deposit check will be held un-cashed and then destroyed or given back to you upon completion. We will need the deposit check prior to working, and it should be made out to Indian Meadows. You can either mail or drop off your deposit at Indian Meadows Campground prior to May 23, 2008. If you decide to help when you get to the gate, you may leave your deposit at the gate, and when your hours are complete you'll get your deposit back.
